Diamond Hands is an innovative real estate company based out of Austin, Texas. Focused on short term rentals, Diamond Hands has cornered the military TDY market and are rapidly growing, expanding their territory almost weekly. From the outset we had two goals in mind when building this website: First, establish a dominant web presence. Second, make it fast, performant, and user friendly. Utilizing the latest and greatest from Next.js 13 and Sanity V3, we were able to not only make this complex web application blazing fast on the front-end, but the back-end also. Updating and uploading new properties is a breeze thanks to Sanity Studio and changes made are pushed instantaneously. The entire site was styled in house using SCSS and all components were built using React. The integration of Mapbox and Sendgrid took this project to the next level, allowing users to see the location of each property and quickly contact support to get booked.
